Thanks for asking! I’ve been thinking about this while supporting a diagnostics sales team. The training event landed well, but the shift came later through job aids, Viva Engage (Yammer) dedicated channel, and other daily tools to enhance the learning ecosystem.

The COMPASS model gave language to something I’ve been navigating in my own way. I’ve been reflecting on moments like these over on my Substack, “This Is Not Training” if you’re ever interested in seeing how I’m working through it in the field 😊 https://chelab.substack.com/
