Cool stuff you don’t wanna miss out 🔥
Did you know you can work with a community Mentor or a Coach to get some inspiration and support?
If you are finding yourself at a personal or professional crossroads, check out our Coaching program. Read below to see which project is for you!
In a nutshell, your coach will:
❍ Help you explore an issue, work out what you want, and how you’ll achieve it.
❍ Be focused on listening and asking questions and won’t be offering you suggestions or telling you what you should do.
❍ Be asking about your current goals and needs, not leading you to any solution.
❍ Focus on your agenda and will provide ongoing support for the way you approach things.
If you are looking for career advancement tips, career pivots guidance, and feedback on the projects you are working on, working with a Mentor might help.
A person’s Mentor is someone who gives them help and advice over a period of time, whose life or work you value and admire, and whom you think might be a good guide.
Mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the mentee, serving variously as role models, teachers, counsellors, advisors, sponsors, advocates, and allies, depending on the goals and objectives negotiated with the Mentee.
